MEET THE FOUNDER
HG Lifestyle is owned by Jon Briseno, who also runs HG Fitness and HG Academy. While HG Fitness is all about getting in shape and improving your thinking, HG Academy is an e-commerce business that specializes in distribution without drop shipping and runs under FDA regulations.
After kicking a pill addiction via exercise and hard work, Jon launched the company from scratch. His physical and mental improvement throughout the change were clearly linked. He maintained his healthy lifestyle with a combination of cardiovascular exercise, weight training, and habit formation.
Ultimately, Jon draws on his own experiences to provide business counseling, fitness assistance, and attitude development in an effort to promote both physical and mental well-being.
